The Holidays
Not much new to report this week, so Michael and I would like to wish you all the best during this holiday season. (hopefully next week we will get to report on our big 2.2 mile Christmas Eve walk.)
🎄
- Cherish your loved ones. You never know when an event will occur that will alter your life and change the course of your journey.
- Be grateful for the things you do every day without even thinking about them; speaking, eating, walking, seeing. Don't take the little things for granted.
- Always be empathetic and loving. So many people are struggling more than you can even imagine. You can't truly understand what they are going through...just be there for them and let them know you are in their corner.
- Realize that today may someday be remembered as "the good old days."
- Regardless of your situation...smile.

This is the master bathroom of a house in our community that is the most Christmas decorated place I've ever seen. My mom and I recently toured it, and this was my favorite room. (with the bathroom decorated like this, you can only imagine what the rest of the house looked like.)
It was so over the top, but very beautiful.
